You hereby authorize Payments Hub to send, and you consent to the receipt of,"sms" (i.e., "text") alerts, for the following designated purposes: (i) to notify you when an application is approved or activated, or when equipment is shipped or repaired; (ii) to notify you that Payments Hub needs additional information to complete your merchants’ application, (iii) to notify you of new products or features offered by Payments Hub; (iv) to notify you that Payments Hub is trying to reach you; (v) to notify you of customer service issues; (vi) to notify you of service outages; (vii) to provide you with information regarding merchant account information; and (viii) to notify you of any matters relating to your account.
The service is available on many carriers including AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Boost, Nextel and T-mobile. The service is not compatible with all cell phone models. Payments Hub is not responsible for any delays upon sending or receiving text messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
